Reserve Insurance Agent

Not quite ready to make the leap? Our Reserve Agent Program is your chance to ease into the insurance business. You'll become an insurance agent one step at a time, by working part-time, while being paid for your efforts, not the hours you work. You can arrange work around your day whether that includes classes, children or a current job.

The Reserve Agent Program is a 12-month program. You can contract as a full-time insurance agent anytime during those 12 months or choose to explore other options if you decide you don't want to become an insurance agent. Making the transition from reserve insurance agent to full-time insurance agent is relatively simple ― you've already laid the foundation for your success.

We offer quality training and developmental support that allows you to earn while you learn. During our 60-day training program, you'll earn an attractive salary while learning the proven sales methodologies and techniques that can help you build a successful operation. Once you've completed training, you can control your earning potential through our competitive commission and bonus package, plus yearly incentive trips.
